Q-: How much do you charge per hour ?
Ans-: Our rates depends on the size of the move,the number of staff required,the trucks involved and destination.
Q-: Do you always stand behind your service ?
Ans-: Yes we do,our Reputation matters.
Q-: How soon should i reserve ?
Ans-: As soon as possible because booking dates fill quickly especially when a particular date is important and required.
Q-: Do i tip the movers ?
Ans-: Like all other service businessess,tipping is not a requirement but if you choose to, a tip is appreciated for a job well done.

Q-: Can some of our family member or friend help loading and unloading stuff?
Ans-: Absolutely.You are paying hourly,doing that will decrease your moving cost.
Q-: I'm have no transportation on moving day. Can I ride in the cab of the moving truck?
Ans-: Unfortunately, most moving companies cannot transport customers for insurance reasons.
Q-: Can the movers transport my pets ?
Ans-: Unfortunately, there is no safe place in the moving truck for pets to ride.So they cannot be transported in our trucks.
Q-: Can the moving company dispose of excess trash?
Ans-: Yes, but there is a charge for items taken to the dump, both for labor involved in driving to and from the dump, as well as a disposal fee imposed by the management of the waste disposal location.
Q-: What is your start time ?
Ans-: Unless otherwise confirmed,morning or all-day jobs begin between 9:00 - 9:30 AM and afternoon jobs begin between 2:00 - 2:30 PM.We will work until whatever time is required to finish your move
Q-: How will the total charges be calculated ?
Ans-: The time starts once we arrive at your location and stops when the job is completed and your new location.1 hour of travel time to and from our base is also added to each move.
Q-: Are you insured?Bonded?
Ans-: Yes,we are insured and bonded.Our insurance coverage is substantial and we have all the necessary operating permits to provide our services.Our standard Liability(which is provided free of charge)regarding your belonging is limited to sixty cents per pound per article.
Q-: What happens if we have bad weather on move day?
Ans-: We will complete the move and do its best to protect your belongings from rain,snow or mud by covering them in moving blankets.
Q-: Do all of my boxes need to be sealed ?
Ans-: It is recommended that all boxes be closed and taped shut.For best results,all boxes should be as fully packed as possible as this increase their rigidity and prevents damage.Please identify fragile boxes.
Q-: Do you disconnect and re connect appliances and electrical fixtures ?
Ans-: First,we highly recommend that you select a licensed electrician or plumber for your appliance and light fixture disconnect/reconnect needs.However we will do our best to do whatever we can do.
Q-: How do you charge for partial hours ?
Ans-: The last hour of your move will be prorated by 30 min.increments

Ans-: We accept payment either in cash,certified cheque or credit card(Visa,Master card).
